Online Grievance Redressal System

The Online Students Grievance Redressal System is a new initiative taken by the University Grants Commission that facilitates students / complainants to lodge his or her grievance, send reminder and view status on action taken with regard to their grievance(s). Grievance Redressal System is a mechanism commonly used to receive and act on complaints or grievances reported by stakeholders of private or public institutions, enabling prompt actions on any issue raised by them and to avail services more effectively. The grievance procedure is a machinery to sort out the issues between student and college. It is a means by which a student who believe that, he / she has been treated unfairly with respect to his / her academic / administrative affairs or is convinced to be discriminated is redressed.
